Two world famous American jazz musicians Bob Brookmeyer and Stan Getz went into Nola Recording Studio on 12 September 1961 and recorded a seminal jazz album for Creed Taylor called “Recorded Fall 1961”. The album became a classic of the west coast cool jazz era.
The cool-toned tenor sax of Tina Featherstone and the valve trombone of Eugene Farrar will recreate this music at Rush Hour Jazz backed by a fine rhythm section of Andy Choleton keys, Sam Jackson bass and John Arnesen drums.
